T\u00fcrkiye, aktif fay hatlar\u0131 \u00fczerinde yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in her konutun Zorunlu Deprem Sigortas\u0131 (DASK) ile g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 hem yasal bir zorunluluk hem de hayati bir gerekliliktir.<\/p>\r\n<p data-start=\"341\" data-end=\"702\">2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla DASK fiyatlar\u0131; tarife b\u00f6lgesi, yap\u0131 tipi, metrekare, bina ya\u015f\u0131 ve il\/il\u00e7e bazl\u0131 deprem riskine g\u00f6re belirleniyor. Her y\u0131l T\u00fcrkiye Sigorta Birli\u011fi (TSB) taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcncellenen prim tarifeleri sayesinde, her evin risk durumu \u00f6zel olarak de\u011ferlendiriliyor.
